Excellent Condition

Very Solid Fiberglass in excellent condition, gelcoat in good original condition overall.
Good cockpit cushions and extra cockpit seats. Roller reefing. All sails in excellent condition under 5 yrs old. Additionally, heavy duty open ocean Dacron, main hardly ever used. Jiffy reefing. Hard dodger, refurbished. Full cockpit Bimini. Nice main sail cover. Pristine mast spreaders. Fresh mast lights. Brand new wind vane. New tiller handle, cover, and adjustments. Fine tuned and reconditioned Atomic 4 “Runs like a top”. Engine and transmission rust removal and new paint. Well-stocked with extra parts including carburetor, starter, fuel pump, coil, electrical parts, etc.

Amenities

Including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, tea pot. Additionally a propane counter top cook stove two burner. Ice box/ storage. Two anchors and rode. Including  all required inspection items and life jackets adult and child safety. Also hand held GPS, night goggles, fire extinguishers, porta potty, and a fresh water tank.

To insure safety and reliability of the sailboat I replaced:

Starter. Ignition switch. Fan belt. All hoses. Spark plugs. Ignition coil, wires and electronics. Oil change. Additionally transmission adjustment tune up. Moreover new choke cable. New shifting cables. Wiring carefully review and checked. All hoses to sea cocks replaced. All new fuel/cooling hoses lines and clamps. Next, I replaced new water pump impeller and 4 extras available on board. What’s more, new heat sensor. New thermostat. All new gas tank vent lines. Removed and cleaned aluminum main fuel tank. New second extra rear inline fuel tank and lines. New fuel filters, reconditioned electric and manual fuel pumps. Carburetor cleaned adjusted and tuned. In addition a new battery selector. Three brand new heaven duty marine batteries. All battery connectors cleaned and or new. New bilge switch and wiring checked. Subsequently I cleaned all interior hull- bilges with high-pressure and grime removal. Adjusted Grease Seals. All bright work was completely teak oiled. Extra Bumpers and West Marine spring lines included.

Needs

Will need bottom paint. Additionally a couple of standing rigging shrouds “Norseman”. Finally, fresh water system hooked up to sinks.
